The staff were always extremely friendly and made us feel well taken care of during our stay.

The kids' club was an absolute jol, full of lekker activities, and the staff were so friendly, they really made our stay special! The beach is just a quick stroll away for sunset fam time, and the brekkie had loads of tasty options to start the day right!

The room was spacious with a lovely balcony where I could enjoy morning coffee while overlooking the beautiful garden. The staff maintained the overall cleanliness exceptionally and provided an extensive selection in the minibar. Surin Beach was stunning, making it perfect for relaxing afternoons.

Occasionally, the elevator was out of service.

We had a blast enjoying the kids' programs, especially the cooking class where the little ones learned to whip up tasty Thai dishes. The serene atmosphere and proximity to the beach made our stay even more delightful. We had family bonding time with my niece in the pool.

The staff truly goes above and beyond to address your needs, making the experience pleasant. They even helped me repair my broken hand carry, which was greatly appreciated. The omelette at breakfast stood out as a delicious highlight too. Plus, I enjoyed the lovely garden view that added a refreshing touch to my mornings.

The room was okay, but the bed was so creaky every time I moved. I got woken up a lot. There were also ants in the bathroom, which was kind of gross. The view from the balcony was nice, but the air con was a bit off and the trash bin didn’t have a bag. it felt like it could use some cleaning and basic maintenance.
